Maligayang Pasko

I have not been actively present here for more than two months now and many of you know the reason why. Our little bundle of joy just makes us want to drop everything and just focus on her. She just turned two months old last Tuesday and has grown so big.

From our hearts and home to yours, here’s wishing you a Blessed Merry Christmas filled with warm hugs and kisses and a Prosperous New year with all your wishes coming true!

  1. I am happy to hear that all is well and that you and your close-by family will be spending the holiday with this precious Christmas angel 😇 . Christmas blessings to you and yours, and all the best in the New Year, Carrie! PS: Did I ever mention that my daughter’s name is Carrie? 💖

    • Hello dear Carol, my apologies for the late reply. Thank you for your wishes and I hope you also had the greatest Christmas and New Year with family and friends. I hope to get back to sharing and blogging soon. I just need a few things straightened out. Thanks for sharing that your daughter’s name is also Carrie. She’s the only Carrie I know other than Carrie Bradshaw from the Sex and the City series. 🙂

    • I miss you too so much Laura and my apologies for the super late reply. I hope you, your husband and the boys had a superb Christmas and New Year. It has been such a long time since we corresponded. The past few months have been such a breeze with our little bundle of joy. I didn’t realize that I literally lowered my online presence since and only knew about it when a cousin asked me if I was still into art. I hope to get back the soonest time possible. I miss reading from you and everyone else who would let me. I also miss sharing though I have not been doing any art. I will catch up and start something small and doable for this year. See you soon my dearest Laura! ❤ ❤ ❤

    • Oh I’ve missed you too. Belated Happy New Year dear Jodi! I hope you had the grandest time with family and friends and your new grandchild. I have not read anything since then and will surely have a great time catching up on all of you sweet friends. ❤

      • thanks Carrie – there were many, many highlights, and my sweet granddaughter brings more joy than I ever could have imagined, but also a bit of a tragedy – my brother passed away – committed suicide in fact, two days after Christmas. It sure was a punch in the gut, but trying to see the positives in life and remember to cherish the moments! xoxo

  2. Carrie I have been thinking of you and missing your posts, so I am most happy to realise the reason you have been absent. What a little beauty! Have a wonderful Christmas and enjoy your little one every moment – they grow so fast!! Love and blessings to you all!!

    • My dear Pauline, what lovely words you’ve said. Sophie is my third niece. The eldest Nicole is already 21 and the second, Audie is 6 years young. Tomorrow though not complete as one of my sister and her family lives in Canada, the three of us left here will celebrate Christmas with this new bundle of joy. Everything in my art life just took a backseat because of her. I hope to get back in the new year with finished projects from this year and a yearning to start new projects. Happiest Christmas to you Pauline! Blessings!
